I have no idea if this will work or not but I tripped over an old video I took of been our last home it was just kind of a fun ride to watch it so I’m posting a link to it I’m hoping it works if it doesn’t I’ll chalk it up to another act of the Internet. Enough time goes by you forget about all the fun stuff and this was an amazing trip and I am grateful to have done it.

Wow! Very professional! You should be a movie maker! I'm curious about the rocks around the raised beds. They look really nice. Was there a specific function for them? I wonder if they helped keep the soil in the bed warm in cold weather.
You too can do this Leigh there’s an app for it so much for passing myself off as creative. The rocks are from the multiple times that Lassen exploded which is just about 30 minutes from us and the creek across the street where Janet lived on the cattle ranch is paved with hot lava that’s why our street was named Ash Creek Road.
That project started the summer of ‘13 when Geoffrey was so sick in the beginning but couldn’t sleep all day so he would get up and go out and pick up rocks and they’re all lava rocks .some of them can be pretty heavy but they have a tendency to not be quite as heavy as rocks of other material if that makes sense.
He did that one by one by one all over the place he did them around trees, he did them around the garden beds and he’s probably did them in places I didn’t know. He just needed to keep busy. And be productive. I have no idea if they change the temperature in the garden or not but we certainly had a slam bang garden that year as you can tell!
Great video!!! Your property was so nice and tidy! Some rural proerties can be a but messy.
Wow! What a slick job! How great to be able to look back and see the fruits of your labors. I did love the rocks around the beds, too. What a lovely place it was.
I find that what you speak of not to be specific to the location of the properties but more to the type of person. I was always told by my father "A person doesn't have to have a lot of money to take pride in what they have."
I think that holds true today.
I can only take credit for the funky video. This was Geoffrey's last garden. And as he was in life he was in his garden. Very neat,tidy and methodical. Thank you.
